Paytm Mobile Solutions — CashBack not credited | |||||
Hi, there was offer that add rs 222 in paytm wallet and pay with paytm wallet to uber and get cashback. I took ride on 26th November and paid the amount through paytm which was linked at uber app.till now paytm has not credited cashback despite writing to them several time.paytm customer care people are not responding.infact uber is also not helping in this case. I was supposed to get a refund of 899 in my paytm wallet which I have not yet received. paytm has been unresponsive to my emails. Please suggest how I can get my refund.

One of my friend use my device and he logout my id and I forget my password and after that I again create my id and then my PAYTM wallet amount showing zero.My current balance is zero but before that my balance around rs300.
