Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited but did not reflect in wallet | |||||
I tried to purchase using the paytm wallet, when the money got deducted from my bank account but it didnt reflect in my paytm wallet. I have been trying to complain regarding the same but there is no customer care. I have raised so many tickets and even given feeddback but havent gotten any reponse from their end. Its money we are talking about!!! How can a company be so irresponsible by debiting the amount from bank and acting like nothing happened! Oh and did i mention there is no customer care!
