[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not added to paytm wallet

On Dec 8, I transferred Rs 10000/- to my paytm wallet through paytm app vide order no.([protected]).the amount got deducted from my icici bank account but was not added to my paytm wallet.i have raised ticket twice and also sent an email at [protected]@paytm but the issue remains unresolved.as it is my only monthly salary, I am in great need of it.pathetic service.

paytm has refunded my amount which was deducted on 8 Dec 2016 and the amount has been credited to my bank account.

Updated by Sharaz Mir Now its have been more than 48 hours and neither the money has been refunded nor any status regarding the complaint has been updated.these paytm people only reply with those pre generated mails. I was left only with those last Rs. 10000/-. I don't have a single penny in my pocket and my son needs a medical checkup as he is suffering from severe cold and cough.shame on paytm
