[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money transferred through mobile not credited to my account | |||||
Hi, My friend transferred the money on 13th november, 2016 through his paytm account(mobile no.[protected]) to my mobile ([protected]) which was not registered with paytm at the time of transfer. But when I registered my mobile number, even after that I did not get that money. This money is already deducted from my friend's mobile number. I have registered a complaint with Paytm several times, as they don't have any dedicated customer care number where we can register complaint. I am not getting any reply from Paytm which is really frustrating. It has been almost a month since the issue is pending with Paytm. Kindly look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I am marking this as resolved because I am getting fake calls from spammers asking me to provide the bank accounts details. So I am putting this as resolved to keep this away from spammers eyes. | |||||
