Hello, I want to bring this to your notice that despite of Indian Government's relentless efforts to transform India digitally, your company has not been able to meet the expectations and in you are leveraging this demonetization as a stepping stone to dupe customers and harass them. Please note that on 28th November 2016, with reference to ORDER ID [protected], I had paid INR 2150/- to MSEDCL (not pasting consumer number due to data security). Today is 6th December 2016 and I have been receiving repeated SMS alerts from MAHADISCOM to clear my bill amount. I had raised an alert with your customer support on 30th November 2016 to resolve this issue and below is the frustrating reply which shows a lackadaisical approach to help your customers Order Id [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected] at 10:45:15 which normally takes 72 hours to update at the service provider’s end. We seek your patience and understanding in this matter. There is neither any voice support nor any email contact which you have provided to address customer grievance.
