Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment via Paytm wallet is unsuccessful but amount was deducted from account | |||||
On 26th Nov 2016, I Ordered food in KFC and payed through my PAYTM wallet and transaction is showing success in Paytm. But when i call to KFC, they said that they didn't receive the money, my order was not processed. But money is deducted from my wallet. I raised complaint in Paytm on 26th Nov. Almost 6 days over, but I didn't get any response from Paytm. I remind twice, but no use. When i called to customer case number[protected], auto speech will come to raise complaint in Paytm website.
