[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm - a cool loss of rs. 532 - very bad!!! | |||||
Bad paytm service. They cheated on my hardearned money. Booked movie tickets worth rs 732. Got a cashback of rs 200. When i reached tgip mall at big cinemas at showtime then i came to know that the payment was not processed further and no booking id was generated hence the seats were not allotted. I had to buy fresh tickets with my credit card. Straight loss of rs. 532. Later booked a complaint with paytm same day giving them proofs. My complaint reference no. Is #10600333 which is still unresolved. Paytm guys still say that the relevant messages were sent. I did not receive any thing from them on email as well as sms for my show booking.
