Paytm Mobile Solutions — Tata sky recharge amount rs.460/- deducted from bank but not credited to tata sky a/c | |||||
I did recharge online by paytm for my tata sky tv recharge registered on mobile no [protected]. For rs.460/- from [protected]@gmail.com from debit card of oriental bank of commerce. Date was 1 or 2 dec2016. Amount got immediately deducted from bank a/c but paytm automatically replied that transaction fail & try again lateron. Now they are not replying just generating ticket no for this issue, even no direct talk is possible for our hard earned money. Recharge unsuccessful already take 2 days . I complain 30 queries and they don't give my money to back plz help me

Today i was recharging my paytm wallet at 3:45 through my SBI debit card. The transaction failed but still money got deducted from my bank account. It is requested to take strong action against this.
