Paytm Mobile Solutions — Tata sky recharge amount rs.460/- deducted from bank but not credited to tata sky a/c | |||||
I did recharge online by paytm for my tata sky tv recharge registered on mobile no [protected]. For rs.460/- from [protected]@gmail.com from debit card of oriental bank of commerce. Date was 1 or 2 dec2016. Amount got immediately deducted from bank a/c but paytm automatically replied that transaction fail & try again lateron. Now they are not replying just generating ticket no for this issue, even no direct talk is possible for our hard earned money. First they said it will take 24/48 hours for recharge or for refund now it's 4 days plus, what to do? Minesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Today i was recharging my paytm wallet at 3:45 through my SBI debit card. The transaction failed but still money got deducted from my bank account. It is requested to take strong action against this.
