I send money from paytm to bank bt money still pending on paytm passbook

I transfer money yesterday to my stat bank of india total rs is 3992 something around. Bt still not add in my bank account and in paytm wallet my money is 0.21. What can i do...??? Pls tell my how can i refund money pls help me my mobile number is [protected]. Pls
