Paytm Mobile Solutions — Return not accepting | |||||
I have recived a faulty asus rog gl552vx laptop from paytm with order id :[protected] on 19th September and after installing os i came to know that speakers are malfunctioning.after troubleshooting i came to know that it was problem with left spaker and informed paytm and requested them return.they have asked for photographs and i have sent them.from then onwards it started like telling"your product is covered under seller warranty.contact seller". daily they are telling the same thing.i wanted refund because they have sent me a defective product and not taking any responsibility.i have lodged complaint on 22 -sep -16. till now 17 mails are there in mail thread everytime giving standard answer.product is covered under seller warrenty.then what is about 15 days return policy. my complaint ticket:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir i transfer money 4000 by paytm but by mistak wrong no placed . But transaction is successfully . Now what can i do. How can i return my money . That person dont pick the phone. So please told me solution of this problem.
