Paytm Mobile Solutions — I am complaining about Paytm | |||||
I was paying my electricity bill payment of amount 380rs yesterday in Which 71rs was debited from my Paytm wallet and remaining amount 309rs from my bank account when i was successful submit my Bank details Otp then unfortunately server down and my amount debited then after i check from my Paytm my orders it was shows payment awaited but the payment was successful done and debited my bank .After something i check again it was shows payment failed and 71rs i received my wallet but the remaining 309rs i didnt receive i mail to Paytm but they didnt reply me. I check my Bank transaction also 309rs debited . Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
