Paytm — money debited but did not get any recharge

Dear Sir/Mam, I recharged my reliance number [protected] of amount 649 and 20 separately on yesterday at 6:30 pm. My order number is[protected] and[protected]. Money from my account was debited but i did not get any recharge. Please do something in this regards. I already have sent my issue in your complaint box but i did not get any satisfactory reply.
