Paytm — Money for ticket cancellation not refunded. | |||
Hi, I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Nanital for the date 2nd April 10.30 pm departure of the bus. I booked it on 1st of April 2015. However, I had to cancel it due to some reasons and I mailed Paytm on 2nd April 8.28 AM which is nearly 14 hours before the bus travel (Can be confirmed in the attachments below.). However, 2 days later, I received an email from Paytm that I informed them too late and they stated there policy which clearly stated that I should get 50% refund. I replied them back immediately and after that I got no response.I even reported the issue on play store and was asked to mail at a different id which I did and I got no response again. I even called on the toll free number and recorded the whole grievance but got no response again. You can find all the attachments of all the emails I sent to Paytm. I really think that even though the money is really less but I deserve a refund as I feel cheated clearly. I am taking this last step of posting the story here.
