Paytm — Money got deducted but there is no added amount

My money (1600) got deducted from paytm wallet to transfer in my bank account but no added amount in my bank account they said it will take upto 10 day but now it is about more then 15 days. I mailed them about three time but activity done by them.
2 i added money 200 in metro card[protected] dehli but there no added amount i filed complain.in reply mail they said money is added check at your nearby metro. They are stealing my money
