Paytm — Money was deducted from my account but never reached foodpanda.

I had ordered food from FoodPanda on 16th Jan of amount 220/- and paid the same through Paytm. However, the money was deducted from my account but never reached Foodpanda. I many attempts to reach the customer care, even write an email, which they brag that they get back to in 24 hours but it didn't happen in my case. Yet again I ordered food today(18th Jan) of amount 93.26/- and the money was deducted but never made it to Foodpanda. And again all my attempts to get hold of the customer care failed.
