Paytm — My 31500 rs got stuck

Pathetic policy on heavy damaged products delivered. i ordered a treadmill order number [protected]. spent about 31500 on 15 january, the product arrived on 21 jan was damaged, it didnt start and motor cover was into pieces https://goo.gl/photos/mRP1DzyCoj4Vf7fL6 and i requested a refund request for damaged product received on 25 jan and they said they cant reverse pickup in my area and max courier refund will be Rs 200 . now this is a 60 kg parcel and they i am unable to find a courier service that can deliver it(most courier max 35 kg is allowed), the company safeexpress says they will deliver only if paytm says as they partnered with paytm and are asking 3000 Rs .i called paytm to bear the same because this was a damaged product. today is 29 jan and i received an email saying return request is cancelled . wtf. i am frustated . my Rs 31500 money is stuck with paytm for 15 days and they cancelled my return request. I demand that u return my money and get the parcel picked up because its damaged(see the photos). and you return full money to my bank account from where the payment was made initially.
