Paytm — Never received the product I paid for | |||||
I ordered the 500 gram Kaju pack on the 4th of Feb 2016 (order # [protected]). It had the estimated delivery date if 13th Feb. Till date, I have not received the product or Refund or the satisfactory resolution on this error from PayTM. THis has been extremely frustrating experience with PayTM and the customer service is sooo poor that I feel the puke on it. Every time I contacted PayTM, (almost 5 times for the same issue) I have been told to allow 24 to 48 hours but guess what, nothing happened and I am still waiting. Do they understand that I ordered the food product before 20 days and it is still not delivered. Do you think that when you seller failed to deliver the product in given timeline, you need to give refund to customer (as it is not the customer's fault that your seller failed.)? - Do you ever give a personalized attention to customer's concern instead of just giving the robotic (canned) responses to the query/concern/question of customer? I have wasted enough time for this one. I will move on now and escalate this complaint to grievances officer now. And BTW, since day 1 I was never able to tracking this order. The tracking shows: "Server Error" 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
