Paytm — No top up in DMRC smart card/refund | |||
This complaint is in regards to the top up DMRC metro card, I have recharged my metro card of Rs 500 Sunday on 11th June 2016 (metro card no is :[protected]).The amount was debited from my bank account, but I got no message of top up confirmation rather than the order I'd: [protected]. I tried to check my top up at EVM machine at metro station, thinking that there could be some technical problem, Many times I tried to top up but there is no amount in my metro card to validate the top up. Next day I called on Paytm Customer Care after entering Transaction ID I got answer that if order was not processed write an email to paytm/care.Now it's 16 of June of am awaiting of my amount to refund in my bank account. Please take necessary action either refund Rs 500 in my bank account or top up my metro card. Regards Anjana . Was this information helpful? | |||
