Paytm — Non credit of recharge amount in mob no [protected] and [protected]

I recharged two mob nos from paytm on 21 jul 16 but amount didnt got credited to respective mob nos. Mob nos recharged are [protected] and [protected]. Confirmation msg and e mail have been recd by me but its 7 hrs since recharge. Spoken to the se vice provider but they are saying ask the company only as bsnl not taking any responsibility. How can I get the matter resolved as finding myself hopeless. Hope is alive just because paytm is a reputed company. Pl help
