Paytm — Not debiting cashback amount

I made a purchase in Trendin.com via Paytm wallet worth Rs.1499. It was mentioned that I would get cashback of 10% in paytm if i pay through paytm wallet but I still haven't received it. Registered paytm mobile number - [protected] paytm email ID - [protected]@yahoo.com Trendin order number - 365703 Date of purchase - 1:15AM 20th april, 2015 Order value - 1499 Offer - pay through paytm wallet and get 10% cashback. I complained to paytm they dint respond and are not looking into the matter. Its been 1 week and there has been no action or reply from paytm. Really disappointed with the response. Not using paytm again!
