Paytm — Not receiving clear details on the amount debited from my card to Paytm Wallet. | |||
I have not received any clear instructions on if my money which i transferred to the wallet which was for 280 rupees was transferred back to my bank account or my Paytm Wallet. I have registered 2 tickets, I only receive a automated response. Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Another screenshot from Paytm wallet showing the amount declined and there is already a bank statement showing amount debited. Buy not credited yet on my wallet or card.
