Paytm — Not refunding full amount | |||||
I have order Canon Power Shot SX410 IS 20.0 MP Order No. [protected] on 10 Nov 2015 with 1800 Cashback Promo Code. I have paid Rs. 10905 + Rs 65 Shipping = 10965 through credit card. After Two days ie 12 Nov 2015 my order shipped and i received 1800 cash back on my paytm wallet. After 4th Day Order was cancel from paytm side. The refunded only 10420. They are saying you have spend Rs. 521 from wallet. Now question is this I have to pay 10965 to my credit card company not 10420. Secondly, Order was cancelled by paytm side not mine and interestingly on the same day when i have spend Rs 521. Is this fraud or Not??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
