Paytm — Not refunding my cancelled ticket Money

I Have booked bus tircket on Paytm from My Home town Savda to Pune for 2 person, Rs. 500 each for 7th July . But the bus is cancelled by Bus operator due to bus failure, He mailed paytm accordingly and inform me to collect your cashback from Paytm side. I have mailed immediately paytm but not there are replying me nor accepting call on there 24*7 helpline.As per there policy if bus cancelled by bus operator, you do not canclled ticket we refund your total amount. Now there are not ready to talk also.Tired to mailing and calling them.Can you help me.
