Paytm — order no.[protected]

I placed an order for a dinner set on 13th April, 2015, till date (21st April, 2015) I have received no response. i have raised my complaint many times but no one bothered to reply. Call immediately option when we place a complaint are also of no use. I doubt they even see the complaint we raise. More than 60 min hold when I called up the customer care number. (Trust me I am still on hold after 60mins) Are your customer service representative this busy or do you have only 2 -3 customer care representative? Extremely poor service. I regret using this paytm. I recommend people not to waste their time in using paytm. YOU PEOPLE HAVE TRIED MY PATIENCE. Please bother answering the complaints also.
