Paytm — Order not recieved

Order not yet received I have ordered a micromax canvas A310 nitro phone through PAYTM online shopping on 08.11.2014 and they mention that my order will be delivered within 4 days. The beauty is still I didn't get any information about my order and the most worst thing is I cant able to track my order. There is no any proper updation from Javas courier service. I will put the same complain to Micromax and Paytm about the thing happened. respond me within 24 hours, otherwise you want to face the consequences. Don't make customers rude.
