[Resolved]  Paytm — Order number[protected] , still not paid but money deducted

Hi PayTM, I've dropped several emails on [protected]@paytm.com, but got same readymade response stating that your money will be refunded in 24 hours. It is already 1 day since i made payment to MTNL which has not reached MTNL account. ANd now i've also incurred late payment charges. I need my money to get refunded ASAP, as it is highly frustrating to see such a bad service offered. I am attaching a screenshot of my order where is say money has reached PayTM but it is still in your queue. Please refund asap. Thanks, Nukul
