Paytm — Order unsuccessful but money deducted | |||||
I was ordering food using foodpanda app on 7th oct 2015 and i selected paytm as my payment mode. Order value was of rs.210 and i was having rs. 20 in my paytm wallet of id(azad.[protected]@gmail.com with phone no. [protected]). So amount of rs.190 was deducted from my SBI account but order was unsuccessful. I tried again and same thing happened again. So in total rs.380 were duducted from my SBI account without any order being successful. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Information: Date of order: 7th oct 2015 Time of order: between 1pm and 2pm Paytm id: azad.[protected]@gmail.com Paytm phone no.: [protected] SBI A/c no.: [protected] SBI A/c user name: TARUN AZAD I got 2 numbers regarding each of my payments. Payment 1: POS 70007981 txn#[protected] Payment 2: POS 00005344 txn#[protected] I have attached the mini statement of my SBI a/c showing the deduction of amount of rs. 190 twice dated on 7th-oct-2015 making it a total of rs.380(rs.190+rs.190). I have mailed paytm regarding the issue but their efforts was not at all satisfactory. They did not even give a positive reply.
