Paytm — Partial order serviced and refund not received for unserviced order

I bought fiama di willis gel bars from PayTM. Total 11 quantity was orederd and it was a prepaid order. Package that i received had on 3 Gel Bars instead of 11. I wrote to customer care with requisite images and complaint. I received an email today from them stating, 8 gel bars for which i paid 400 including delivery charges, they will refund Rs.30
