Paytm — Payment Failed Message

I have two accounts with log in id's [protected] and [protected] If I try to make any payment with these id's I am getting payment failed message I have mailed to paytm but they are sending the mail saying that it is technical problem you can use your account now. But I am unable to use account i have around 2000 Rs.in both the accounts. Complaint Ticket numbers raised by Paytm Ticket #[protected]: Accounts are blocked Ticket #[protected]: I am unable to do payment with my two logins [protected], [protected] Ticket #[protected]: My login ids are not working could you please look into this issue [protected], [protected]
