Paytm — payment failure-IDEA BILL PAYMENT | |
Hi,
I Mr. B.Sudheer kumar made payment of Rs.630 on 15th of Aug which has been debited from my bank account, but payment which is made to you is shown failure as it is shown that will be credited with in 2 days.
Regarding the above i made a call to customer care which was recorded on 19th of Aug and for ur sake providing Ref No: "[protected]GY965 TRANSFER TO [protected] M/S PAYTM MOBILE SOLUT".
Please verify this and post the SMS whether it has been credited to ur account...
