Paytm — Payment not refunded by PayTm | |||||
I made a payment of Rs. 401.22 from BookMyShow through PayTm payment gateway on[protected]. The transaction has failed by PayTm. Its been month but still didn't get refund amount. I checked with bank and Book My Show also both are saying that payment received to PayTm successfully. I approached PayTm multiple times but they are not having any details and clearly they are saying this without checking in details. I have provided the payment ID also to PayTm which bank provided to me. Very poor response from PayTm. I will say they are real cyber thief. Was this information helpful? | |||||
