[Resolved] Paytm — Payment not refunded in wallet | |||
I ordered food on foodpanda and paid through paytm. The payment got deducted and there was a gateway error because of which it could not be processed. My order got cancelled. When i complaint at food panda they said the payment didn't reach them I want my payment refunded as soon as possible I complained about it but there was no reply The ticket no is 03266063 Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The payment reached foodpanda after a couple of days. I got a call from their customer care and i asked them to refund my amount. The amount was credited back to my paytm wallet. | |||
