Paytm — paytm cash back amount is not credited

order no [protected].complaint no[protected].sale date 17.06.2015. promo code: 50% cash back offer.. I was purchased 3 products on above order.coupon code also applied on every item .In that time showing the cash back promo code.but after transaction completed.it is not showing.. It is Paytm software problem (the same products order no [protected] transaction failure, that's why the next purchase will not getting the promo code in the order [protected]) .recently received the items (all item boxes are damage condition).Pay tm customer care is not help to resolve the problem.Paytm 3 customer care phone numbers are not working any time.They says, we will not return back the products.It is bad experience from paytm. Plz do the needful..
