Paytm — Paytm - My Order #[protected] External Hard disk is not delivered | |||
My Order #[protected]Javas(courier service) number Tracking ID:UNIPAYP774988) is not delivered, i am ordered(External HardDisk) this one on 22, oct 2014, PayTm send mail your order is delivered on 27 oct 2014.But, i m not receiving order from paytm. i gave compliant to paytm on 28, oct 2014 They are create PayTm(complaint number) Ticket Number is #[protected]. that day we are reply message is : This is paytm system problem your order is delivered with in 5-7 days.i am wait 9 days, after that, i am again mail to paytm care on 09, Nov 2014 then we are generating another Ticket Number is[protected], that day we are replay with in 24-48 hour your problem is solved. i am wait 3 days. but not solve my problem, They are not delivered my order and not given any status of that problem. On 11, Nov 2014 call to PaYTm customer care service [protected] they said is paytm problem, we are again reorder that one with in 24 hours.i am wait 7 Days They are not Delivered(reorder) and not responded to my problem. i am verify Javas Map Tracking, In Javas (ID:UNIPAYP774988 ) map is not showing my address. I am again sending mail to paytm on 19 Nov, 2014. they are again gerating ticket #[protected].but not solve my problem.I am order last month. Was this information helpful? | |||
