Dear Team, I had booked HTC Mobile (desire 620G) online through Paytm on 9th April, 15 and received my order on 20th April, 15. The mobile which I received is a dead device and not getting started. When I visited HTC service centre in Malad- Mumbai, I was informed that this device was used once on 27th March, 15 and hence they cannot provide DOC certificate. I have written several mails about this issue to [protected]@paytm.com, but I am not getting a proper response. Now I want to cancel/replacement of my order on very very very urgent basis. I have no option to call and speak with paytm executives and even no one is bothered to call me. This was my first transaction with Paytm and I am facing very bad experience. Request you support to resolve it on priority without delay. Hope and expect someone to call me and do the needful. Mentioned below are my order details. Invoice date: 9th April, 15 10:40 hrs.
