Paytm — paytm wallent balance shows zero

sir, I am K.S.L.LAVANYA HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN paytm having mobile no [protected]. I am regular user to paytm..i have an wallet balance 43rs before recharge. i recharged [protected] number for 50 rs using promo code RECH50.I used net banking for recharge.it cuts total 50rs from my SBI ACCOUNT, not taken from paytm wallet during recharge.. after getting recharge my wallet balance shows zero amount and also 50 rs cut in my sbi account.please refund 43rs as early as possible ...
