Paytm — Product not delivered but Paytm has sent successful transaction mail

I had purchased memory card worth rs 853 on 1 June 2015and they had slipped it on 3june 2015 via speed post(track id-EQ[protected]IN) and after 15days I had raised a complaint but no response via Paytm on 2 July I had placed it on twitter then after 1day I had got a mail that your product is successfuly delivered today but I had nt recived anything When I had raised a complaint against this they replied that we have contacted seller and our logistics partner and our system shows that your product is delivered but I had proof against this when we will track my product there is no update since one month Paytm is cheating
