Paytm — Product not received - order id [protected]

I have ordered Assure Shampoo on July 24th 2015, till today I have not received the product from Paytm. I have sent more than 10 mails but for each mail they responded with the same answer by saying 'We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hours' and they never come up with the solution. This is so annoying. This is the worst customer service from Paytm. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks, Karthik [protected]
