DEEPAK SHARMA, Jul 8, 16:58: Dear Mr. Vikas, I ordered a bicycle (Paytm Order #[protected]) on dated 08th June 2015 for my nephew on his birthday for Mumbai and I reached at Mumbai on dated 03rd July 2015 and when I opened my paytm Order box I was very disappointed because quality of product is very bad when I take all the item to CYCLE repair center then Repair mechanic fitted the all thing then he said, In the box there is BREAK MISSING (Front), Rubber temporary Tyre, Seat not fitted, Chain not working smoothly. Even I also personally observe the same thing and I also called to another mechanic for cycle properly fitting he also said same thing. This was very embracing moment for me because This order was made for my Sweet nephew on his birthday and this was not good in quality wise as well as parts wise. My all family members criticize me about this order. infect neither my nephew nor my family members was happy and I was seriously disappointed. I cant elaborate all kind of thing which was happed on me.
