[Resolved]  Paytm — Product Returned but money not credited in account

My Reg. Mo. No. [protected] I have placed a order on paytm and order no.is[protected] of Rs. 279/- on date 01-Jul-2014.I cancelled and return my product and Paytm executive collect the packet on[protected] from my home till date im following up with paytm but nothing came out . I sent them scanned copy of the return receipt on mail, I sent several mails but paytm is not replying on my mails. Don't know when can i except my money back.
