Paytm — Recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from account

Hi team, I had made payment for vodafone postpaid bill through paytm but it was failure and also amount deducted from my account.I want to get back the amount to my bank account.Recently I have facing many issues in paytm while recharging, for this am really disappointed. These many times my recharge failed.
