Paytm — recharge was not successful but money is debited from my account

i have recharge my mtnl landline bill through paytm account [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com). As you say that in your previous email response that your recharge is successful but unfortunately when i checked my order list, it shows status as waiting for operator confirmation. i tired with your service. i am very disappoint with your previous emails response. Like many other people, I have been cheated by Paytm while paying my postpaid mobile bill.
Rs.500 was deducted but the recharge did not happen, it says Waiting for operator confirmation.
i hope you will take me serious and take a effective and appropriate steps in my request immediately. i hope you will take it very personally. i waiting for a positive response from you very soon, if not I will take it to consumer court.
