Dear sir/madam am srinu house no.3-1-16/137/37, mallapur nagalaxmi nagar, mallapur, hyd. sir on august 2014 i gave a order to you (paytm) FOR voilet fashion printed saree and i paid 500/- rupees onthat day at 11.30 pm with net banking of STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD(S B H), but till now i did not recived that saree and money. Here am sending details please check it. I have recharged my mobile no ([protected]) aircel network on (18/10/2014).of rupees 1550 unfortunately I select the network name wrongly. Instead of aircel I selected airtel. The transaction was successful. I am totally disappointed by recharging through your website.
So i kindly requested you to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

The orders[protected] and[protected] sent to me were damaged and as per customer executives request I have sent back those damaged items along with bills. also I have sent scan copy of courier bill to [protected]@paytm.com. Its been 10 days I have been waiting for refund amount. This shows the irresponsible behaviour of paytm.
kindly refund my amount along with total courier bill

Sir i was done recharge continue RS 179 RS, 179 two time recharge both order no[protected],[protected], and RS79 RS 79 two time recharge both order no .[protected],[protected], first recharge rs179 for Internet and 79 for incoming roaming free for 30 days so we needed one one both recharge not use in my moblemobile so i requested to you kindly refund my money 179 +79= 258 in my paytm wallet
