Paytm — Refund of defective product (mixer) | |||||
We have purchased mixer (Vendor-prestige-750watt) on 26/05/16 but due to body damage same was returned and was collected from billing address on 15/06/16 and confirmation mail recieved from payatm care on 17/06/16 for refund initiation within 24hrs (Reverse slip is attached in mail to care. Paytm.com) as per return policy. But till now no refund is recieved in my credit card account, repeated reminders are sent on 21/06 and 24/06/16 but no positive approach to resolve the matter is observed. Pl. Do the needful.
