Paytm — Refund of extra amount deducted from my bank account

This is to bring to your notice that an extra amount has been deducted from my bank account through "paytm". I was trying to pay my electricity bill of rs.670 & every time it was showing order not found & as it was urgent so i kept on trying. And after few minutes i got three messages stating that the transaction is successful. An extra amount of rs.1340 is deducted from my bank account instead of 670. I am trying since yedterday on paytm's customer care but no one is responding and my call is regularly getting disconnected & infact i even complaint regarding the same on paytm contact us many times but i haven't received any feedback on them as well. I am the one who is suffering from the loss. So, please refund my amount rs 1340 as it was clearly paytm fault.
