Paytm — Refund of order no.[protected]

I have purchased kutions jeans (3 No.) my order no. is[protected] due to size mismatch I requested to return back of product and for the same my refund. For which I have mailed you. and I got a call from customer care executive that you make a courier to Smile N Buy. for which I have make a courier before 10 days ago. and I have mailed receipt of courier. But after that also I have not got my refund. and mailed to you 5 to 6 times but didnt get any reply from your side. its a very bad experience for me from paytm. now this is my last mail to you If i didnt get my refund than definately suit a case against paytm and also i will update my experience and all communication make with you through social networking sites. I am sending you the copy of receipt which showing that the merchant already gets delivery which I have returned back to him.
