Paytm — Refund - regarding

Dear Sir/Madam, I try to recharge DishTV on date 04-Mar-15 10:29:10 AM at Dish_TV_PayTM for Rs.240.00, but recharge not done successfully. I talk to Axis Bank in this regard, and they replied that we've made the payment to merchant (PAYTM). But till date i've not received any refund or recharge DishTV.
