I had attempted to recharge twice on 14th feb and 19th feb, the amount for 250 and 250, i.e, total Rs.500 was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done as well.I did receive a mail which informed me that the recharge failed, hence they are going to refund me the amount but nothing has happened.Please sir i need my money back.I would really appreciate if you can refund the amount back to my account.This is my a/c number[protected].
