[Resolved]  Paytm — Refunded Items money not credited

Hi Below is the conversation between Paytm executive & me. We have returned few items around 15 days back. As of now, we haven't got any confirmation from Paytm. Moreover they are asking me to send the returned slips details. Please take the needful action. Best wishes Nigam August 21, 2014 09:11 Mnv Sudhakar So you want me to send all the Returned slips details, then only you will deposit the return amount you are saying. Right ? Don't you guys know that what we have returned & when we returned... Moreover who will pay the charges for the scanning those return slips ? That and all your responsibility, i demand that you confirm from your side & let me know that if you are not able to get the info from your logistics and sellers. Then i will post all the returned courier slips. But you should accept that you doesn't have any thing, everything will be the customer responsibility ... Because the money is with Paytm... So customer will do take care of those things. Until and unless customer raises the ticket for returned items money Paytm won't return. Even after raising the ticket, Paytm is asking for returned courier slips... How great it is ? What in case if we don't have the returned slips.. don't you deposit money or what ? Fortunately i kept all those slips with me. I am gonna post all these conversations into the consumers forum & will see the legal proceedings.
