Paytm — Regarding purchase of nike shoes

My order ID is [protected] and my paytm transaction no. is[protected]. Last month, I purchased the shoes from paytm website and within a month, the shoe is torn apart from the stiches at front side of the shoes. My problem with paytm is not regarding the return of shoes, but they are saying, there is no warranty on the shoes they are selling online. Although Nike provides a warranty period of 6 month in each and every shoe which is also written in the policy section of the company's website. So, howcome paytm are telling me that there is no warranty in this product. According to their customer care reply, there is no warranty of any product that is bought online. Nike products always comes with a warranty, whether it is bought online or from any store. It means Patym is selling duplicate Nike products and pricing them at par with the original products or they are selling defected products. So why a person a purchase a product online if there is no warranty. Are we fools sitting at home and purchasing products from these fraudlent sites.
